Hi ladies

Well firstly I have say a HUGE apology for the fact I have not blogged in over 2 months. I have had some personal issues and so much going on that my head has been spinning.

Anyway wanted to do a little post of some of the things that have been taking up so much of my time....

First up

Rachel's hen weekend - Magaluf - June 2011

One of my mates is getting married in a couple of weeks and the brides sister and I planned all the tasks and did all the extra things to make even more special. As you can imagine with 20 girls it was one to remember. If you would like to see the tasks let me know. We all had t shirts with our names on, mine was "Turbo Tongue Tracy"!!!! we had a themed sailor night and of course she had to have a little veil....

Work trip to Chennai India - July 2011

Work has been MENTAL!!!! like seriously busy. I was asked to train a new team in India and had 2 months of really hard work, from writing testing material, testing, writing training packs, training and assessing. This has been the toughest work project I have ever done. I went with 2 friends from work who were a scream. I had lots of challenges whilst I was working away and it certainly one I won't forget...

Rachel's hen night - Maidstone - August 2011

Again I helped my friend Teresa arrange Rachel's local hen night. I thought it would be fun to do a bunny theme as everyone could get involved. From the full monty outfit to just a set of ears everyone joined in. Again a good turn out of 28 ladies and with Rachel having to do Mr & Mrs and 13 tasks lots of fun was had by all....

April-May Haul Part 3 of 3

Hey ladies

Finally the last part of my haul. I am so sorry if this has bored you. As you can see I had a complete shopping binge and just wanted to share. I think that may be it for a little while :o( but I did have lots of fun hehe

H&M - £7.99
I love the colour and pattern of this cropped top. I would generally wear it with a vest underneath but it is long enough to be able to wear it alone without showing your tummy.

Just a little vest top but again super cute for summer and I do love a little bit of animal print

H&M - £12.99 (I think)
This is quite a boring purchase but a good staple for summer and it really has a nice neckline

H&M - £14.99
These shorts are part of the new eco friendly line. They have the brocade pattern on them so just makes them a little more interesting then just plain white shorts.

As you know I do love a bangle but all these little bangles are all connected so it keeps them all together

Vibe - £24.99
I finally done it I bought a jumpsuit. Decided to ease in gently with a black one and this has a nice ruffle front which looks really cute with a thick belt round the middle.

Lipsy - £35
I loveeeeeeeeee this top, looks really cute with a bright bandeau underneath as the arm holes are low.

River Island - £26.99
Even though I loved everything that I bought this was my favourite purchase out of everything I bought. I have had real problems finding nice going out tops that are not to floaty so this one being nude with a detachable brooch on the shoulder is prefect (see FoxyLocks review to see me wearing it).

River Island - £20
My friend bought these and did not like them on. I tried them and loved them. They look so cute worn casual with gold flipflops and white vest top or dressed up with wedges and a nude blouse.

Select - £12
I really like maxi dresses but as I am so short I struggled to find them to fit me. I just wanted something plain to wear with a denim jacket with lots of gold bangles and gold flipflops and this did a job and was a bargain at £12.

and that was it for my gigantic haul. I hope you liked this and would love to see any new purchases you have so I can copy them hehe.

My hair is mega fine and has always been the bane of my life. I have had bonded extensions for about 2 years now and recently had to have them out for a few months to give my hair a break.

I was really happy when they came out as my hair is in great condition but on the negative side I really miss the thickness and length and never felt nice when I went out as I love having tons of hair. So after seeing lots of reviews and YouTube videos from the lovely Imogen at FoxyLocks I decided to take the plunge purchased my set of FoxyLocks.

Before purchasing I emailed Imogen and she advised me to order the 120grams in Honey Blonde #22 colour. As my hair is so fine it is was best for me to order the pack with less hair as they also come in 160grams packs for people with thick hair.

Now this is the day my bonded extensions got taken out (hence the sad face hehe) but you can see the length and how fine my hair actually is, and yes hard to believe but this my natural hair in it's best condition because I do have rubbish hair :o(:

The clipins arrive straight but I curled them with my Yogi wand as you can use heated appliances on them which is fantastic.

My friend put this in for me as to be honest I struggle with the back as I am not good with things like that. There was so much hair that I did not use the whole pack and had about 3 pieces left.

I had clipins when I got married and in comparison these are honestly amazing. The clips were so strong and at no point did I think they would come out which embarrassingly has happened to me in the past in a pub (long story)! The hair feels so soft and silky and I was surprised at how well the curl lasted.

I showed my hairdresser these clipins and she said she had never seen ones that were such good quality and believe me she has used alot of clipins. She is even going to order them for her upcoming wedding.

Imogen was so lovely and helpful with any questions that I had and advised me on the correct colour by just me sending her a photo and I was shocked at how spot it was.

Evening ladies

Well as promised this is the next part of my stupidly large HAUL!!!

No clothes this time ladies just skincare/cosmetics and accessories. So without further ado here we go...

Chanel
Whilst shopping I toddled off to the Chanel counter to get my free bracelet which came free with LOOK magazine. I thought they would all be gone so I was super happy that they still had them. Whilst picking this up I spoke to the lady on the Chanel counter about foundation as I am nearly out my MAC one so wanted to look around for something new. She was really nice and gave me a sample of the Le Teint foundation and sample of the new Chanel Chance (the green one sorry not got the name to hand). I have to say I loved the perfume and think I may purchase this at some point as it was lovely and fresh. Sadly did not feel the same about the foundation as I am a full coverage gal but this just did not do it for me as it felt more like a tinted moisturiser to me. Very pleased that I got to try this before I parted with £30ish... though.

Benefit b.right skincare - £10

I am not going to talk about this now as I am going to do a full review but all I will say for now is BARGAIN and BUY IT lol....

Ebay - £15 for both I think

I can't imagine for the price that these are real Betsey Johnson pieces but they are super cute and I have worn them loads. If you want the ebay seller please let me know

This is from the same seller as above. This is very similar to Nicole Ritchie's House of Harlow range but again, think it is a cheeky snide but definitely worth the money

Wallis - £10

I am currently on a mission to find some huge gold beads which are similar to the ones Rachel Zoe wears and these are closest ones I have found. If you know of any please let me know

I am sorry I can't remember how much this was but I love it. I really wanted a nice turquoise and gold ring and am very pleased with this one

River Island - £12 I think

I am on a bangle fad if you had not noticed (see below lol). I really love these and they are perfect for summer

H&M - £5.99 I think (sorry I am pants)

Again love these and thought they were a nice selection for the money. Nice to mix and match with the others I have got

Sorry this was a random costume jewellery shop in Bluewater which I can't remember the name of. Again a great selection of bangles for the money

Thought these were wayyy cute for the summer. I love all the pretty ice cream colours and plus they are not noisy like all the others hehe

Have you tried Accessorize nail polishes??????

Hey ladies

Well I have been so naughty lately and been shopping and bought so much lately so got tons to show you. So I thought what better post to kick off my hauls with, than with a nail polish review.

I had never tried the Accessorize range before and seen them in their stores. Whilst at Bluewater I discovered a HUGE range in Superdrug. I purchased 3 of them and all of which are duo chrome shimmer/glittery style. They kind of remind me of a limited edition car paint and I have to say they are fantastic....

I need to apologise for the swatches as my nails were still wet as I was so excited as I wanted to try them on and show you. So without further ado here they are...

Mermaid - this is a fantastic bluey/green colour and just so pretty. I did not have anything even remotely similar in my collection. Currently wearing this on my tootsies

Pink Spice - again I don't think I have anything similar to this. The picture above with the flash shows a far better representation, but it is just so pretty

Aztec - I do actually have something similar to this one, the MAC Mean & Green. Again lovely colour (sorry the swatch is so blurry) and far cheaper - Bonus!

A little tip is put a similar solid colour underneath and then you only need to use one coat as you would probably need about 3 coats to build a true colour to match the bottle. I also tried different colours underneath which gave different effects so lots to play with :o)

I feel like I have a new love of polishes with this range and they are such a bargain at £4 each regardless of the type. They range from creams, glitters, these special effects polishes, etc, etc. There are so many to choose from you will be totally spoilt for choice.

You will be seeing lots more of these polishes on this blog as they are the nicest range I have tried in a long time.

Check out their site for an idea of some of the colours along with some of their other cosmetics. They do have a much larger selection in Superdrug which will totally confuse you as their is so much choice you will want it all hehe

Hey ladies...

As I mentioned on twitter I have done lots of shopping lately, way more than I should do so I have a MASSIVE haul to show you. So much so I need to do this in 3 posts!!! (slight embarrassed)!!! My excuse "I am a summer baby and have had a few days off work so I went shopping lol".

So without further ado this is the first part....

This little French Connection top was in the sale - we like sales lol

Love the back of this top as it goes up and the material is kind of silkish

This is the back of the top, it has like a bustle effect and very swishy floaty material

I loveee this jacked. I am such a blazer person and this one is really thin material which is perfect for summer

This this is well expensive for H&M but it has a beaded detail on the back (this is the back) and hangs really nicely so think it is a staple that will be worn to death

Love the sleeves on this chiffon style blouse as they are kind of a batwing. Def nice with jeans and a nude heel

Like the fact that you can get different sizes for top and bottoms and the top is sized by cup so even better

Primark - £3 each

Love wearing these under low arm tops so you don't see a boring bra

Primark - £8 I think

I have been wearing this for work as my work wardrobe is so drab. I have put a little vest top underneath though as it is chiffon and I don't think showing my bra off to my work colleagues is probably very appropriate lol

My shoes have arrived :o)

Hey ladies (sorry for the delay in this post I tried to post this a couple of days and blogger was down)

When I got married 3 years ago I became slightly obsessed with a pair of Gina shoes. Unfortunately that was never going to happen as they were about £800, a little out of my budget!!! :o(

I could never get these shoes out of my head and over the 3 years I kept looking about for something similar that were affordable.

WELL I FOUND THEM!! It may be 3 years later but I finally got them. They arrived today whilst I was at work and as I opened them I suddenly became surrounded by about 10 women all oooing and arhhhhing which as a tad embarrassing. (I have to say I went a wee shade of pink lol).

and here they are....

As you can see they are definitely not for the shrinking violet and they are mega OTT. I think they are a marmite shoe, you either love them or hate them. Personally I love them.

If you want to check them out the company is called BOGINNI & CO and they have their own site but I got mine from ebay (see links below). They are custom made and took about 3 weeks for them to be made and sent out. They were still expensive at £129 but they were reduced from £159 so a small saving but definitely worth it. They are completely covered with AB Swarovski crystals. I am a UK size 5 and mine are a true fit. The heel height is approx 5 inches including the platform. They were beautifully packaged and have quite a large bag of spare crystals. I am so impressed along with all the woman at work and have my eye on the peep toe ones which are a new addition to the site (don't worry I will be good lol).

Unfortunately my pictures do not do them justice and you have to see them in person to appreciate how amazing they really are.

Barry M new Crackles review ....

Happy Royal Wedding Day :o)
Hope you are all having a lovely day... I can't tear myself away from the TV lol

NEWay... back to my post......

As most of you know Crackles seems to be taking the beauty industry by storm and most of the large companies seem to be jumping on this bandwagon such as OPI, Nails Inc and Models Own to name but a few. Many of these companies started off with black and are now thankfully introducing a whole spectrum of pretty colours.

This is my 3rd crackle purchase and to be honest I bought black the first time and was really not my cup of tea as I thought it was a little harsh so was dubious about buying more. Well Barry M just launched 3 new colours, white, pink and blue so I decided to give them another go and bought 2 of them, blue and pink.

Colour 314
This is a fantastic summery pretty pink and completely changed the way I felt about crackles. This was done super quick (as you can see lol) over Models Own Misty Grey and came out really well.

Colour 315
Again I love this and again the same Misty Grey underneath and looks wicked and really cracks so well.

I have to say I am super impressed with these. I really did not like the black at all so was not in a tearing hurry to buy anymore. If you do get these I would say I would use a light colour underneath as I currently have the blue over a dark pink on my toes and it is not nearly as striking. I am thinking a silver or gold would look cool. I also made sure I added a top coat so it is nice and glossy.

This has totally changed my mind about the crackles and can't wait to see what colours come out in the near future. I picked these up at Superdrug and they were super cheap at £3.99 each. Definitely worth checking out.

Models Own - a couple of little swatches

Hey ladies

Just a couple of little swatches for you of a couple of the many Models Own polishes that I have at home...

Sterling Silver
I got this for Christmas in the Champange collection and to be honest was not a colour I would turn to as silver can scare me a bit whilst still loving it which is a total contradiction lol. However I have seen loads of people wearing silver and decided to give it a go and really liked it. These metallic's paint on so nicely and have great coverage. I also love this with a gold tip with the colour Champange from the same collection.

Misty Grey
Again had this ages and decided I was in a grey mood to match the weather :o( This is a lovely creamy grey (little lighter in real life) which is surprisingly flattering considering how pale I and the polish is lol.

For both of these I used a Leighton Denny base coat, 2 coats of Models Own polish and Seche Vite top coat.

As well as the 100 pairs of shoes I seemed to have purchased I bought a couple of little things over the last 2 months. I have mainly bought things from ebay as I don't tend to get much chance to go to actual shops. So without further ado this is what I got....

Lipsy dress - ebay £30
I have wanted this dress forever and it was sold out everywhere. After scouring ebay for a few weeks I finally managed to get my hands on it and it fits like a dream - love it

Lelia dress - £5 ebay
May mate bought this from ebay and she did not like it so I bought it from her for the same price, v cute for summer

ASOS dress - £30 ebay
I have also wanted this dress for ages and it was sold on ASOS for £150!!! Well again looked around ebay and lots of people had them for £60 but I managed to get it for £30 so was well chuffed. I will say this looks a totally different dress on as it looks a bit odd here lol

Primark - £8
Not done the cropped style top but had seen this about and looks really cute with a vest top underneath

Primark - £4
I don't think this looks Primarni at all. I also like this because it is not to short

Primark - £5 in the sale
I am loving all the pretty lace/vintage style tops and this was a bargain as it was reduced from £10

Debenhams - I am not sure of the price as I got this in the Bluecross sale this weekend but it was like £20ish I think with discount. I also got some really cool denim shorts which I am currently wearing that looks really nice together with gold bangles and flipflops. I am so not an orange girl but this just looked really nice on

These are short! but I like the distressed look of them and the sort of thing I will prob wear to death!

Sally Hansen Hi-Definition - 16 Laser

Hey ladies

Just thought I would show you a little swatch of the lovely Sally Hansen nail polish that I picked up when I was in Florida last year. This is a WOW colour and definitely not for the faint hearted. I would not normally go for anything quiet this metallic but I love it.

I know this Hi-Definition polishes are pretty hard to come by in the UK so your best bet is probably ebay. Alternatively I know OPI do one which I think is called Magic and Nails Inc have just launched one called Cameden Lock which look really similar.

I already had a navy base on my nails and and popped 2 coats of this over the top but you could probably just paint it straight on. Think I may love this for toes.

So what do you think???

Hey ladies

WOW it has been like a month since my last post and I am so sorry. Life has been manic as we are having lots of changes at work :o( and starting to attempt lots of DIY at home (let the divorce proceedings commence lol).

NEWAY back to my post. Well I am a lady like most of your that loves summer. Long light wam evenings, holidays and lots of pretty sandals all add to this great time of year. Well I have been shopping a couple of times and all I seem to come home with is shoes!!!! I LOVE sandals, I never buy many boots in the winter just enough to get me through, but the minute the sun appears I am in shoe heaven.

I bought 6 pairs (cringe yes 6) over the last month and I have seen so many more that I want!!!

So without further ado this is what I bought.....

First up wedges - I LOVE wedges and was really disappointed last year as they hardly had any nice ones in the shops. I have so many I like but these are the two pairs I picked up.

These were such a bargain and I wore them the other day and surprisingly comfy :o)

Lakeside
Sorry can't remember the name of the shop but it was in Lakeside (if anyone wants to know let me know and I will try and find the shop out for you). These were £30 I think and sooo sparkly, the pic does not do them justice.

These were either £20 each or 2 for £35 so I had to buy 2 pairs lol (see pink pair below). I have to say these are my total fave and have worn them loads hence the nasty feet marks. Again they were from Lakeside and a little stall that had loads of different pairs and I wanted them all.

A little change of pace. Clear jellies with crystals. I thought these were mega cute and sooo cheap. Funny I was looking at some similar ones in Aldo and they were mega expensive so I jumped on these as soon as I saw them.

So that is my little shoe haul. As you can see I definitely have a shoe problem and I can promise you this little collection will be lovingly added to over the summer :o)

I just had to show you one of the cool little things I found lately when I went to the beauty exhibition a couple of weeks ago. It is Pro Impressions Eyelash Applicator.

Now I am one of the people that becomes all fingers and thumbs when it comes to applying eyelashes but I found these beauties and that has now changed everything. Basically they just hold the eyelashes in place whilst you apply the adhesive and then pop them on your eyelids. Simple.....

Quickie OPI french mani

Hey ladies

Another quick post.

I have been in a dark mood due to the horrid weather :o( and have been wearing the stunning OPI Cherry Chutney for the last few days. I decided so try a french mani using a gold glitter using some little nail guides my friend gave me along with OPI Bring on the Bling.

Thought it was pretty successful for a first attempt and bonus did not have to do a whole mani again and only took a couple of mins.

Off to look at different nail guides on ebay and what polishes I could put together :o)

Trade Beauty Exhibition - ExCel February 2011

My friend and I took ourselves off to the beauty exhibition in London yesterday and had a fantastic day. In case you are not sure what this exhibition is, it is basically a trade exhibition for anyone in the beauty industry.

I only purchase a couple of things and was lucky enough to have a few freebies thrown in. I have not tried them all yet but just wanted to show you what I got:

Senhealth
OMG this smells amazing. I have never heard of this range before but I think it comes from China. I only bought a shower gel and body lotion and it is heavenly. I believe they have spas in Harvey Nics and Park Lane so very high end so a definite indulgent treat - Lush.

OPI - Funky Dunky and Avojuice
I wanted this colour for sooo long (swatches to follow). I could have gone mad and bought tons of OPI polishes but was not sure what I had at home so I was good and only got the one.

Seche Vite - This to me is an essential product for anyone that paint's there nails. In my opinion it is the best topcoat on the market.
Cetuem Colour 261- I have never heard of this range before but I bought one polish and wished I had bought loads. This is defiantly in my top 5 all time fave polishes. See below for swatch. I have been looking online and this seems to be the cheapest place to buy them.

Carita - Freebie
I was a very lucky girl as the lovely lady from Carita gave me this little set free. I have not tried this properly yet but had a quick play with the oil and it is really pretty as it is a shimmer oil that you can put on your skin and on your hair, plus it also smells amazing. I was even more excited as this is the more sophisticated sister company for Decleor which I am a huge fan of.

Keraskin - Freebie
I had not heard of this before. I knew that Kerastin was a salon high end haircare range but did not know they had branched out into skincare. Again I was very lucky as we were given a sample to try. I have not had chance to give this a try this yet but will give you a review once I have had a play.

So there you have it. As you can see I was a pretty good girl. I am gutted now as I wished I had bought more things but I got slightly overwhelmed and could not carry it all as my friend bought loads!!! lol.

I am off to the Vitality Show in a couple of weeks which is at Earls Court. I went last year and had such a great day. If you get a chance go as it is a wicked day out with the girls.

Evening ladies

Well I seem to have a few bits and pieces that I had purchased over the last 3 months and not posted about them as my camera is sick. In the end I took some pics on my iphone so I could put them in one post. As normal it is mainly jewellery as I do have a slight obsession for costume jewellery.

Leighton Denny 7 piece desirables collection

Happy Friday ladies

Sorry not posted for a while. Had lots of nasty things going on with work and then I had a bit of misshap with my camera (namely lost all my pics because the card corrupted so was a tad CROSS)!!! So used my iphone for these snaps.

Neway just wanted to get out a quickie post out so you knew I had not forgotten you all.

This is a lovely set I purchased from QVC last week. I am a huge Leighton Denny fan and own a stupidly large number of products!!!

Well this little set was the TSV for the day so set me back about £30 and when you think each polish retails at about £11 that is wicked value.

The set contained:

5 x High performance nail colours (from left to right)
Supermodel (creamy mink)
Berry Nice (deep berry)
Indulgence (deep creamy red)
Leading Lilac (shimmery lilac)
Lolly Pop (watermelon pink) - looks a bit orange but it is a pretty peach

1 x Miracle Drops (quick drying drops - not tried this yet)
1 x Cuti Lips (for lips and cuticles - love this been using it loads)
1 x Demi Trio Buffer
1 x Uno File
1 x Hoof Stick

I have been wearing some of these already and got loads of compliments. The quality of the these polishes and all the products for that matter are amazing. The brushes ensure the polishes paint on lovely and evenly and even the bottles feel luxurious and expensive.

Berry nice - an incredibly beautiful deep pink (looks more red in the photo) but is just stunning and super flattering.

Leading Lilac - this is stunning, this photo was on the 3rd day of wear and had not started chipping but changed it as I wanted to try one of the others lol.

I used 2 coats of polish,LD Undercover base coat and a Seche Vite top coat as that is still my favourite top coat out of all the ones I have tried.

I really do recommend trying Leightons range, he has so many fantastic products to try and one of the must try's for any nail collection is the crystal nail file.

I heart Spa.....

Hey ladies

Well I was one lucky lady my best friend Nicky decided to treat me to a cheeky spa day at the Aqua Sana Spa Elveden Forest which is within the Center Parcs complex. This is one of the four locations for the Aqua Sana Spa's (Elveden, Sherwood, Longleat and Whinfell) so check out the one nearest to you.

I have been lucky enough to visit quite a few spa's in my time and this is my second time to this particular spa and I have to say WOW it just blows any others out of the water.

This is what our Spa day included which was £60 each:

♥ Full use of spa with robes and slippers
♥ Breakfast (coffee and muffin) at Zilli cafe
♥ Lunch (sandwich and drinkie) at Zilli cafe
♥ Facial, back, neck and shoulder massage with hot stones
♥ 10% off voucher off any products

I also had to have a mani which was £40 and Nicky had a pedi which was also £40.

Spa
I think there are 15 different areas to try from water beds, spa pool and fantastic rooms such as the relaxing meditation room and Japanese salt steam room. Everything is worth trying and it is so chilled and quiet, I even had a little nap lol.

For the treatments these are the products used:

Leighton Denny - Nails
I have always wanted to have my nails done professionally with these products as I love them so much. I swear by the crystal nail file and base coat and have a huge number of his colours. My mani was fantastic and I will have to change it before it chips because I can't see the polish going anywhere. I also had to take advantage of the 10% off voucher and purchased a couple of polishes which I will show you below hehe.

Decleor
I loveeeeeeeeee Decleor products. I alternate between these and Liz Earle and swear by them. Even though I use these products on a regular basis my skin felt amazing. The hot stones were fantastic. I know they normally use Elemis but I specifically asked for Decleor as I know my skin is a fan.

Elemis
Like I said above I choose Decleor because my skin does not really get on well with Elemis for some reason. My mate had the treatment with Elemis and was like WOW when we came out.

As you can see I clearly love this spa and will definitely be returning as soon as I have some spare pennies. There are tons of different packages from spa days to staying over and I know the prices have changed since my friend booked it. If you want to check it out go to:

I only bought 2 nail polishes (are you impressed) and they are ones I have wanted for a while. They are not what I would normally use as they are shimmery pastels which I am generally not a fan of. But ahhh all is not what it seems as I wanted these to what Leighton says "Cocktail" with.

Show off - A shimmery, sparkly pink
Butterfly wings - Probably one of his most famous polishes, this is also very shimmery but watch what happens....

So for this I just used Nails Inc London Nights which is a jet glossy black and painted these two colours over the top.

What a transformation eh. You can use this alone or over so many colours but I think they are a real staple to add to any collection. Leighton Denny polishes are a professional brand so run about £11.50 each so are a bit pricey but you do get what you pay for.

I have been toying with purchasing one of these since the summer as they are pretty pricey but after all the shall I shan't I I finally decided to to go for it. Well I was not disappointed and have to say WOW this case is stunning. I was a bit concerned about the fit as the ones I have had in the past for the iphone 4 have not been so good. Well this fit like a glove and clicked nicely into place. The quality and design is amazing. I have had alot of phone cases in the past but I have to say not one of them is in the same league as this. The crystals and the butterflies are amazing and you definitely get what you pay for.

The cost of this case was $79.99 but I was lucky as firstly I found a discount code which actually worked and secondly I asked for it to be sent to my lovely friend Jen who lives in the states and she shipped it over to me so I did not have to pay so much in postage. You are also sent a little bag of spare crystals in case any fall off which is a nice touch.

It has probably become rather clear by now that I am obsessed with accessories. Especially jewellery and shoes. I get so excited when I find little bits and bobs to add to my stupidly large collection.

So I thought I would show you a few items that I have picked up over the last 2 months. I will post all the links at the bottom.

Firstly we have shoes:

Faith is no longer with us but Debhamans still stock some of there items. As per my twitter posts I have been on a mission to get some black going out shoes for a while. I really have trouble with black shoes for some reason. I think it is because I love pretty sparkly things and black shoes always seem such a boring purchase. Well these are rather pretty and sparkly- oh and black lol

I loveeeeeeeeeeeeee these so much but boy are they high. These are definitely a car to bar shoe approx 5 half inch! I so wish the designers will take it down an inch or 2!

Now for jewellery. I am obsessed with rings so you will see quite a few here lol

I saw this on YouTube and the lovely Carly Cristman had it on. I had to have it. It is WOW and truly stunning. It also came with some clip on earrings so apologies for not showing them. This pic does so not do it justice.

Just thought this was so cute and dainty. I purchased a ring from Avon (see below that is very similar)

Gossip watches are QVC's own watch brand. They are nice quality watches are a very low prices. I wanted a rose gold watch for ages and could not pass this one up. I need to get the strap made smaller but I think it is a really expensive looking watch for the money.

Accessorize - £3
This was in the sale and soooo cute.

This was an Xmas pressie and I love it. It is sooo preddyyyyy.

Primark - £2.50
WOW bargain. I have not had a great bargain in Primarni for ages so was well chuffed with this.

How well does this match the Miss Selfridge bracelet and without even trying. Was very pleased with this because I did not realise until I had them both together.

Chanel baby.... YEAH!!!

Hey ladies

Just wanted to show you my very extravagant purchase. If you saw my wish list these babies were on the top of it. They are the Chanel 5171 in violet. How cute are they with the lovely little bows on the side. Loveeeeeeeeeee them.

Now I am not one to blow money on one large purchase but firstly I had some pennies for Xmas and secondly I had wanted these for months.

How major is the packaging - you can feel the quality

I have never had expensive sunglasses before but you can really feel the difference

After much routing around I managed to pick them up for £126 (found a £10 discount code RESULT, if you use this site make sure you complete the form which will email you a discount code). Instead of the huge price tag of £185+ actually I have seen them even more expensive than that.

I was pretty impressed with fashioneyewear. I was told that if you use these for any Chanel sunglasses you have to call them to make your order. Apparently companies are not allowed to sell them online as you don't get that personal service and after looking at many web sites they all seemed the same.

A couple of small gripes were, I asked for them to be sent to my work address and they came to my home address which on this occasion was fine. Also I got the confirmation email on the day I received them so make sure you ask for an order number when you place your order.

All in all I was very happy with the service and price and if I were to purchase another pair of designer glasses I would definitely use them again. I absolutely love my sunnies. Now all I need is some sun so I can wear them hehe

Hey ladies

I just wanted to share a small sad little post with you which is non beauty/fashion related.

I had to say goodbye to another kitty of mine on Sunday. My little Baby Boo was 17 and was very poorly so we had to take her to the vets and have her put to sleep.

As you can imagine we were so upset but we knew it was for the best as it turned out she had a tumour in her belly so she was a very sick little girl.

This was even more horrible as we had to have another kitty Bam Bam put to sleep less than 2 months ago.

I have 1 more little girl left, Pebbles which you can imagine I wont let out of my sight.

Avon nail polish review

Hey ladies

Just a quick post about a couple of Avon polishes I purchased recently. I had a few Avon polishes a few years ago and to be honest did not really like them very much and was not really bothered about trying any others....

However whilst leafing through 3 different Avon catalogues I happened upon these babies:
Left to right

♥ Golden wine
♥ Golden twilight
♥ Grey as cement
♥ Violetta

Matte range

I only choose 2 out of the 5 of these to see if I liked them. I have only worn 1 of them so far and I was a little cheat as I used a top coat as I heard they chip like mad and was going out and did not want to risk it.

Violetta - this is my fave out the 4 polishes. Even though it is a matte polish it has a kind of peal/shimmer type of effect which I have never seen in a matte polish before (the swatch above is more clear.

Grey as cement - This is just your standard matte grey. I have not actually worn this yet but from swatches and did a little swatch with a top coat it looks really nice. A nice staple to add to any collection.

Nailwear Pro Enamel range

Golden twilight
This is a fantastic colour and I don't think I don't have anything like this in my collection. It is a dark chocolate brown with golden shimmers running through it.

Golden wine
Finally a lovely reddy/orangey polish with gold shimmers running through it. This again is not like anything else I own and extremely pretty.

So overall opinion of these polishes is very good. They are super cheap and I think I got mine for like £3 each as they have offers all the time. I do think the brushes are a little bulky but for £3 what do you expect. If you would like to check out these polishes visit:

Nails Inc 4 piece Autumn/Winter collection

HAPPY NEW YEAR - Hope you all had a lovely evening and your hangovers are starting to disappear!!!!

So the new years resolution begins of trying to do 2 posts a week!!!

So going to start with another favourite nail polish brand NAILS INC. I have so many of these polishes (see old posts for other colours) and they are constantly adding new and funky colours to the range. All the colours are named after streets in London and many of them are limited edition so if you likey don't leave it - BUY THEM as they may not be around forever.

Lowdens Square - lilac mink
This is my favourite colour and I it would be in my top all time fave 5 polishes. If you like Parlez vous OPI then you will love this.

Duke of Wellington Place - charcoal grey
Another great colour. I have lots of greys and always find they are great if you find black a little to harsh.

Queensgate Mews - glossy black grape
Another wicked colour, again this reminds me of OPI Lincoln Park. Definitely one to be in any collection.

Palace Garden Terrace - rich mocha
I have not got many browns but this is such a wearable shade, it is like a deep milky chocolate brown.

Like I said I have ALOT of Nails Inc polishes but this is one of my all time favourite kits. If you love your cosy winter dark colours then this kit is for you. The quality of these polishes are great, again I always use top/base coat and 2 coats of polish to give it's full depth of colour.

Models Own Champagne Collection

Merry Christmas, sorry I know that is a tad late but hope you are having a fantastic holiday.

Now I was going to continue with my mini haul series but I had sooo many polishes to show you, so I thought I would do that first as I wanted to get them all put away in there proper homes :o) I will continue the haul soon promise lol...

So as some of you know I LOVE Models Own. I think the quality, price and range of the products is fantastic. I will be honest I am not a shimmer type girl for the nails but with this being such great value I thought I would ask Santa for this set so I could try it without it costing a fortune.

I love this polish. This without a doubt is my favourite and I have been wearing this one alot. Even though the festive season is about to leave us I personally feel every girl needs a gold in her collection.

Sterling Silver
This is my next fave in the collection. It is really pretty and sparkly. Me likey (swatch is horrible though sorry).

Green Flash
This for me is a bit of mental colour. I am not really a green girl but this is pretty. I don't have anything like this in my collection so I really wanted to try it. I think this would look nice combined with some of the others for a funky french.

Blue Moon
This is preedyyyyy, again these light shimmers are a total different look for me but I do like it.

Mystic Mauve
I likey this one, sorry the pic is really rubbish and it does not do it justice. I think you could make this work really nicely with the Blue Moon.

Lili's Pink
Last but not least we have a pink and to be honest this is sooo not me. I am a real pinky girl but I like strong vibrant pinks and this one is so not my taste. To be fair it looked better on than in the bottle but definitely my least favourite.

So there you have it. I think these sets are wicked and there are 5 to choose from. I would have asked for more sets but I have so many of these colours already. The coverage and wearability of Models Own is great especially at such a low price. I change my polish every few days but I rarely get chipping before that but I do use a base/top coat and two coats of polish.

As well as the website you can buy Models Own from selected Boots and River Island stores and I have found that River Island sometimes have the new colours before the website.

I can't wait to find out what Models Own have in store for 2011.

I was extremely lucky enough to be invited to The Liz Earle Christmas wreath making workshop at their flagship store in London. With only 8 people invited to each event I really chuffed to be one of them.

I was very nervous as this was my first event but I should not have worried as everyone was so lovely. During the course of the evening we were given lovely mulled wine and mini mince pies.

The event was to launch a new product to the range and one I was especially excited about as it is something I mentioned in my last review that I would like to see added to the collection. I like to think they made it all for meeeeee lol (not really).

Drum roll please - It was the Liz Earle Energising Body Lotion.

As a hardcore fan of the whole range I was not disappointed. The lotion is from my favourite collection the ENERGISING range so if you love the whole fresh spa scent you will not be disappointed.

I am really funny about body lotions as I find lots of them make me feel clammy and sticky which is is never nice and butters can be to thick. I have very dry skin and really want the nice dewy look so I feel like I spend my life trying to find the perfect moisturiser.

WOW I think I have found it. I seriously love this product. After using the moisturiser just once I could see a difference straight away. Especially when I used the Energising body scrub and body wash. You can smell the wonderful fresh aromas of Damask rose, flower water and sweet orange all over the house.

I would say there is only one downside!!!! If you have a partner they will STEEL all of it so hide it lol!!! I have to say it is really starting to annoy me that hubby loves it so much as it is very much a unisex scent so he takes it upon himself to use my nice smelly products!! The only good thing is he can't deny it as you can smell it as it lingers on your skin and all over the house which is lovely. I think he needs to buy his own don't you!!! lol

Liz Earle Botanical Essence eau de parfum No 1

Firstly I love the packing, the bottle is very classy but simple all at the same time. I have to say it is not a scent that I would generally choose as I tend to wear men's aftershave such as Abercrombie and Hollister. It is very fresh and nice for every day but I would personally say it is nicer for someone older. I let some peeps in the office have a smell and funnily men seemed to like it more which is interesting. So if you are trying to reel in a man this one could be for you lol....

So ladies sorry for such a LOONNNGGG post but if you are looking for a fresh new range to try definitely check it out. I will continue to use Liz's products and can't wait to try even more products from the range.

So this is the second part of my haul and this time it is accessories. This includes jewellery, bags, shoes and general bits and bobs.

Jewellery

Bracelet - Next and it was about £8

Pearl/AB ring - Ebay - I loveeeeeeeee this ring. I saw this on Carly Christman YouTube channel and had to have it so I went on a mission and found it. Cost me £15 and I wear it nearly every day. Definitely a current fave at the moment

Gold leaf ring - Charlotte Ruse in (Florida) - think this was like $4

Bead ring - Charlotte Ruse (Florida) - Think this was about $6

General accessories

Purse - Sephora Harajuku Lovers (Florida) - Think this was about $30. I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEE this purse it is soo cute and has so many places to put things in. I know it is childish but I think it is fab

Bag - Peacock. This was £8 what a BARGAIN - Love the cool bow and the squishy material
Bag charm - Primark and it was like £2.50 again super bargain and makes the bag a bit more unique

Scarf - Ebay, I saw Kate from Dolly BowBow on you tube with this scarf and once again went on a mission and found it (such a style stalker lol) Was about £10 I think
Sequin Clip - H&M my hat already had a bow on it but it had got a bit crushed from last year so I found this hair slide which was £3.99 and it goes on perfectly. Plus I can always wear it in my hair afterwards

Boots - Primark - £18. I have worn these to death. They go with everything. Love em and for £18 you can't go wrong

So there you have it. The second part of this mini series. Accessories are definitely my thing. Actually it is all my thing hehe. I love getting all little bits and bobs to make your outfit funky.

I am finally back!! After my holiday and all the up's and downs with Bam Bam, I am hopefully back to my regular posting...

So without waffling on, here are some things that I have purchased over the last couple of months. I will do 2 more posts over the next few days featuring accessories and cosmetics as there is so much!!!!

Today we focus on clothes

Dressy clothes

River Island embellished top - £39.99 (I think)
Very sheer so it needs a nude bra. Also comes with a chain belt

Warehouse silk top - £50 with a 20% discount code
This is soooo pretty and has a really nice pleated back detail to it

Forever 21 USA - £12 can you believe this
This is one of those tops that look fab on and a bit pants on the hanger as it is an off the shoulder styleee. I heard a rumour that Forever 21 are starting to open in the UK - ooo I can't wait

H&M - £10 (I think and it has the tag on it and I am to lazy to check lol).
Again this looks like a huge baggy nothing on the hanger but looks really cool with leather trousers, it is like a dull silk look

H&M - £12 (again not sure and I should get off my big butt and go and check lol)
This is long enough to wear as a dress with thick tights. Alternatively looks just as good as a top. Love the lace detail which I hope you can see. This is mega creased sorry, I will iron it before it is worn promise! lol

Vibe - £49.99
I loveeeeeeeee this jacket, been looking for a furry one for ages. I got it from a shop in Bluewater called Vibe. It was up for £60 but they said they had £10 off. RESULT. It is sooo warm but the only downside is the 3/4 length arms. Why do they do that it is WINTER!

H&M - £22
I bought this in Florida but they do them here but pretty sure they sold out. I love this little poncho and had so many comments on it

R.I.P Mr Bam Bam

Evening ladies

Just a little post to apologise for not posting for nearly a month and to share so very sad news with you all.

My lovely little man

As some of you know I have been on holiday to Florida and got back last weekend. After all the unpacking and getting in the normal daily rut I had not had any time for any new posts.

After being back for a couple of days one of my beautiful kitties Bam Bam fell sick. We took him to the vets on Wednesday and he was kept in as they thought it was an infection or worse a tumour. On the Friday he started improving and we went to see him as they thought it was asthma and told he would be taken out of the oxygen tank he was in and that he may be able to come home on either the Sunday or the Monday. As you can imagine was was ecstatic.

This excitement was very short lived as within a few hours my poor little man became even more sick than we thought. We got a phone at 1am that same night to say he was really struggling to breath and they thought he should be put to sleep.

We had to be there so rushed straight down to the vets to hold him and say goodbye :o(

Hubby and I are completely and utterly devastated even though we know it was the for the best. He was only 9 years old and been through so much in his short little life. He had his leg broken when he was a kitten and some b......d shot his eye out with an airgun yes it never ceases to amaze me how evil some people are! He had ear troubles but always the happiest little cat in the world and loved everyone.

I am very sorry this is such a depressing post but it helps me to write this down and I wanted to share with you guys why I have been absent for so long. I also wanted to show you what a pretty little man he was.

I will resume with my normal posting shortly but need to take a little while to deal with the loss of my little baby.

Rimmel Lash Accelerator - £6
I picked this up because I had read some reviews on this as it is supposed to help your lashes grow. As someone that has tiny stumps for lashes I was willing to give anything a try. I currently use the brand Talika (if you want to know more about this please let me know). To be honest I found this a bit hard to apply as my lashes are so short but a cotton bud came in handy!!! However I do think I have started to notice a difference. When I curl my lashes I can now see them in the curler so they have definitely got longer. I would say for £6 it is worth a try.

Jergens Naturals Ultra Hydrating Moisturiser - about £3 currently on offer at Tesco

Firstly what a bargain. I am super impressed with this moisturiser. I moisturise my skin every time I get out of the shower as I do suffer from really dry skin and find lots of other brands really greasy and thick. This went on smoothly and sunk in straight away. This is a definite repurchase especially when the budget is a bit tight and looking forward to trying the others in the range.

Collection 2000 Waterproof Fast Stroke eyeliner - £3.99 (ish)
I have tried many liners in my time but my ultimate favourite is the original Fast Stroke eyeliner. I use it every day and would not be without it. So I was super excited when I saw they did a waterproof one as again like all my other problems of short lashes and dry skin I have a nightmare with eye products running, so I had to try this (as you can see I am a complete nightmare lol). Well all I can say is what a disappointment!! It does not go on nice and dark like the original and by the end of the day just flaked off. I generally cry alot when I laugh (yes very attractive) so that was a good test but as if by magic it had disappeared from my eyes!! My opinion just go with the original it has far more staying power and well worth the money.

Models Own Car Key Collection - Purple Ash - £5
I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee this polish. The consistency, the colour everything. Not gonna harp on about how great it is as you all know I think MO polishes are fab. So here is a very rushed swatch:

MAC Venomous Villains Maleficent collection nail polish - Mean and Green - £8
I have to say I was intrigued by this polish as I am not really one for shimmers/duo chromes. WOW I have totally changed my opinion as I love this polish. This is my first MAC polish and definitely the start of a love affair and I can see my collection growing. I did use the MO Purple Ash as a base as I have heard that this polish would need about 4 coats to get an even coverage and I have to agree, so definitely good to use a dark base.

MAC Venomous Villains Maleficent collection - mineral eyeshadow - She who dares - £18
Preedyyyyyyy - I am off to the U.S on my holidays next week and was going to wait to buy this but I was having a browse at the MAC counter and I just could not wait. It is stunning and love the fact you it has so many colours that you can go as dark as you want and if you add water you can make them into a liner which I have not tried yet. The colour lasted all night and did not end up all over my face. Again not tried MAC eyeshadows before but will definitely be adding more to my collection.

Liz Earle - Shampoo and Conditioner review

Last month I was contacted by the lovely Laura from Liz Earle to see if I would be interested in reviewing some Shampoo's and Conditioner's. The haircare range is new to Liz Earle and was only launched last month.

As a HUGE Liz Earle fan I jumped at the chance.

Firstly I need to apologise for not posting this review sooner. The reason is that I normally have hair extensions (the bonded kind) and have to be careful what I put on them as most products can melt the bonds. I have temporary had my extensions taken out for a few weeks :o(. Before using them on my natural hair I was trying these products on just the ends of my hair but I wanted to use them all over to make sure I did a proper review.

So here is the review:

Firstly I loved the bottles. They were nice and large and I do love a substantial squeezy bottle lol!!!

The first thing you will notice if you use these products is the oh so yummy smell. The shampoo was truly lush. It reminds me of oranges and I think it is similar to one of the shower gels in her range Orange Flower Botanical body wash which also smells amazing.

The shampoo lathered up really well and made my hair feel so clean. I did not think the conditioner would do very much as it was not very thick as I am used to very thick conditioners. However it was perfect for my tiny fine hair as it was not to heavy.

When I went to work today for the great unveiling of my new hair style :o( I was told my hair looked very glossy and healthy.

These bottles retail at £7.50 for 200ml bottles but they last forever,(if you don't have a hubby trying to steel them that is!). They are slightly more expensive than your average chemist brands but loads cheaper than you salon ranges. There are currently 2 shampoos and 2 conditioners in her range. I went for the normal/all hair types.

I would definitely be purchasing these again as my hair smelt lovely, was shiny and squeaky clean....

Haul - sorry a little late

Hey ladies

Sorry not posted anything new for a little while. I am sitting here on a horrible rainy Friday night with a glass of vino and and bag of Doritos I thought what a perfect time to show you what bits and bobs I purchased in September.

I know some of this looks a bit summery but I am off to Sunny (well hopefully sunny) Florida in the next couple of weeks. YIPPIE :o)

So without further ado this is what I purchased:

First up dresses

Primark - £11 (i think) Yes I know it does look a little like a curtain but it is nice on lol

Lipsy - ASOS (I know this is mega summery but I really, really wanted this and it was in the sale reduced from £65 to £35 I think) - HOLIDAY!! lol

TFNC - These dresses are my new obsession. I totally love Lipsy but now I am loving these just as much. I had already bought the black one see below. ASOS had some of there lovely dresses in the sale for a few days. I think it was £35 but can't remember.

TFNC again - My current fave dress. I wore this a few weeks ago and got tons of compliments. I actually bought this from TFNC website for £40. The quality and fit are fab. Definitely recommend these to everyone.

Next up tops

Body or as me and my mates call them babygrows lol. This is from Matalan and it was about £8 I think

They have a mesh insert so they are more like a little booty. Unfortunately I am so pale at the moment I look like Casper the Ghost as they def need a cheeky little tan. Any tan recommendations would be welcomed lol...

Matalan - £16 - God what a shocking photo! It is like HELLO where are my ankles but I promise you they are there!!!

So there you have it. A few of my recent purchases.

Eyeko - old and new review

Hey ladies

This is a bit of different post as I wanted to do a review on the fab Eyeko range. Then I remembered that I had some stuff from Eyeko from years ago stashed away. (I am very naughty as never throw anything away lol)

So without further ado I shall show the new and the old!!!

First up this is all the bits and bobs that I have:

New - Eyeko cream, nail polishes, mascara
Old - Eyeko's powder, Silver stick

Polishes - £3.50 each - I currently only have 4 and I love them so definitely want to add to my collection. I won't go into masses of detail as I know lots of peeps have posted about these but the coverage is really nice and creamy and I LOVE the packaging. I have only swatched 3 of them so far but will swatch nude polish when I get some more :o)

Next up Mascara and Cream

Cream - £8.00 - I have to say I am super, super impressed with this. I am pretty sure I had this product years ago and don't really remember much about it but I have to say I really love this. It is shimmer but not overpowering at all. It has given my grey skin a nice glow and I have stopped using my Benefit That Gal primer since using this as it is a similar texture. This is definitely a repurchase but will take forever to get through as you don't need much. I want to try the new extra glow cream next.

Mascara - £8.00 - I have to say I did not have very high hopes for this. Not because of the mascara itself but because I have horrible little straight short lashes. Well once again I was pleasantly surprised. I like the fact the brush is not huge as most of those just take over my entire face so this dainty little brush gets right down my little stubs and makes me look like I actually have lashes. It is also incredibly glossy which you may or may not like but for me this is a plus. All in all me likey lots :o)

and now for the old!!!

I know you prob think WHY would I post this but I just thought it was cool that this brand had been going for quite a few years (I think lots of people would have thought Eyeko was a new brand) so wanted to show you some of the cool things they used to have (wondering if they will bring it back)???

Eyeko powder - this is really pretty fine shimmey powder which looks is lovely on shoulders/arms. Even though it is not an overpowering glitter I would not put it on my face.

Silver stick - this has the oddest texture - it is really cold and just adds a tiny bit of glitter but again it is pretty fine and not a chunky glitter.

Pretty shimmer - do you think they should bring this back?

I love Liz Earle

Hey guys

Well this little post is all about the fantastic skin care range Liz Earle. I have been using these products for about 8 years on and off and they are always ones that I skip back to in between trying new things.

In case you have not heard of them the company is based in the Isle of Wight and I think they have been around for around 15 years. They are into natural ingredients and no testing on animals which is fantastic. You can buy all there products from there own website or I get mine from good old QVC, (if any of you regularly read my blog you will see I LOVE QVC lol)!!

Neway enough of my waffling. This kit was one of the TSVs (Today's Special Value) which basically means it was at a mega low price for one day only.

I think I paid about £35 (but can't remember sorry) but it was worth way more than that. They have some fab kits for you to try and if you are a newbie some fantastic travel and trial kits on both web sites.

My kit contained 9 pieces + muslin cloths:

Foot scrub
Foot repair moisturiser

Energising body wash
Energising body scrub

Cleanse and polish (the product that launched the brand)
Skin repair moisturiser
Instant boost skin tonic
Eye bright
Daily eye repair

Full kit

Feet
I had never tried Liz's foot range and I have to say I was pretty impressed. It had a minty smell which I am totally not a fan of but it was not overpowering as it also had a spa fragrance mixed in as well. My feet were starting to resemble horse shoes so I used a ped egg first then soaked them with some bubbles then scrubbed all the nasty stuff away. I then popped on the moisturiser and it felt like a brand new pair of feet. I would say if you did this once a week you would have lovely little twinkle toes in no time...

Bod
I love this range, like seriously love it. The smell is like a real high end spa. The scrub is probably the best I have used. I am gutted I don't have a moisturiser at the moment as that just finishes everything off nicely. I always notice a difference straight away with her body products.

Face
I tend to try and have the cleanse and polish, moisturiser and face toner at home at all times. This is a fantastic quick routine and really does the job. It makes you feel lovely and clean. Again the products smell fantastic. I will be honest I never really know what to do with the eye bright and do use the eye creams as I am getting old and wrinkly but I have yet to notice any difference.

All in all I would def try any of Liz's products. Her range is growing all the time, she has just introduced a hair range and now has her own perfume. I have tons of other products of hers that I use on a regular basis. The prices are all really reasonable and like I said if you keep checking out QVC web site you will see lots of fantastic kits. If you don't like them simply send them back within 30 days for a refund so you have nothing to loose. Simples!

My lovely Models Own haul

Hope everyone is enjoying the Bank Holiday weekend :o)

As probably everyone in the blogging world was aware that Models Own recently had a 50% off sale. At £5 per item that is amazing enough but with everything costing £2.50 well that was just an offer little ole me could not pass up. So of course I had to treat myself to a few more polishes and a couple of items of makeup....

So without further ado this is what I spent my hard earned pennies on:

Well as always Models Own never fails to impress me.

Polishes:
Well as you can tell I truly love them. To date I own 33!!! yes that is a bit excessive. I honestly wished I had ordered more and am now gutted.
When I done my little wheel swatches they had 2 coats. I currently have on Raspberry Crush an it is super flattering and really pretty. I will say I always use my Seche Vite top coat as I would with any polish. This is one of my fave brands and definitely competes with other Big Boy brands such as OPI and Nails Inc.

Eyeshadows
This was my first purchase of their eyeshadows an I was not disappointed. I love the very slight shimmery/glittery finish which is subtle to be able to wear to during the day. I will definitely be investing in some more in the future.

Blusher
WOW - Well i have to say I am a Benefit kind of gal in the whole blusher world but this is fab. I thought it may be to light as even though I am a blondie lots of blushers don't tend to show on me for some reason but I was super impressed. It was a lovely texture and went on smoothly...

My little Primark haul....

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend....

So I went to Primarni during the week and wanted to pick up some things for work and start preparing for the long days and nights of Autumn/Winter. I hate the change of seasons bring me summer every day :o( So of course I had to cheer myself up so this is what I bought:

I am loving bows at the moment and needed some cardis for work. This one was £11 which was pretty pricey for Primarni but still very cute and pretty nice quality

I am embellishment queen and have sooo many tops with embellished shoulders. I have started to see these little waistcoat kind of cardi things around so thought I would give it a go and add to my collection lol. This was £8

I LOVEEEEEEEEEE this cardi. I have already worn it and think it is fab. I think it was about £11 and I tried one on in River Island and it was like £40 and it was lovely. This is great for £11 though especially if you are on a budget. It also came in grey

I know these dresses have been around for a while but they are OK for work and bonus they were reduced to £5 from £9

How cute is this belt and again think it was like £3 so what a bargain. Worn this to death already

Finally, I can't walk out of a shop without buying some form of bling. Well this little number was about £2.50 so it would have been rude not to!!!

My new phone case for my IPhone 4

Evening lovely ladies

A short little post tonight but thought I must share this with you all as I was super excited as it is sooooo cuteeee.

I recently became the proud owner of the new IPhone 4. Well me being me really had to have a cute and girlie case. This became a little problem/mission as they don't seem to have that many on the market at the moment so I had to settle for this one:

There was a choice of a about 3 cases and I will say it def looks better in the pic. I got it from a local market stall for £10 and it lasted about a day before breaking along the sides. So in a word it was crap!

I had already ordered this one and I have to say I loooooveeee it. I purchased it from ebay and it was £11.50. I will honestly say you can really tell the difference it is super nice quality and where it is a kind of rubber will take a lot to break it (I am not going to try lol). I have seen these style cases on phone sites and I know they cost loads more. The only down side is they currently only do back covers and no fronts. She also included so very cute crystal stickers (if you want me to post a photo let me know)

Evening all

Well I decided to do a post on what I originally decided to start this blog about Nail Polish!!! Yes I know I am a nightmare and really should change the name as I don't seem to do that many nail polish posts because:

A. I am not that great at painting my nails (well not good like some of the other amazing blogs)
B. I really struggle to get decent pictures

So decided to cheat and do the nail wheel thing which I hope you don't mind.

Well I found this little set on ebay and it is soooo me. I really really love dark colours for autumn and winter so had to get these. You also get a little free lace cuff. On the back of the box there are a couple of nail art ideas which I thought was a nice touch.

Shimmery/sparkly green - I don't think I own anything like this. It is an incredibly dark dark green polish with a hint of green sparkle.

Nevermore
Shimmery blurple which I have to say is in the same family type as Ink and Russian Navy.

Sanguine
Shimmery burgundy with a hint of sparkle.

All 3 of the above polishes have the same kind of shimmery texture with just a hint of glitter. All very nice coverage which you come to expect from OPI.

Obscurity
Matt black. This is my first matt polish and have not worn it yet so I am not sure if it wears well but it did swatch nicely.

So there you have it. One of the first new collections to cheer us up for and long winter months.

MAC Lipstick/Gloss review

Tonight I thought I would do a little review on a couple of MAC products I purchased in Gatwick Airport a few weeks ago.

If I am honest don't have many MAC products but I already use the Studio Fix Fluid foundation which is fab. I have had one of the blushers in the past which was lovely so thought I would try out some of the lip glosses/lipsticks they have on offer.

WOW the first thing I will say is talk about spoilt for choice, I was like a kid in a candy store and it could have been v v dangerous but I was good and only purchased 2 items.

First up.

Fabby Lipstick - Frost

I am a nude kinda gal in the lipstick department and never really venture beyond that. The tube had frost on it but I would not really put this in the frost category. This had a lovely creamy texture and had an average staying power and I used a liner which I always use. I will def be adding more of there lippies to my collection. As you can see it looks a little dark here but if you look at the swatch it is a lot pinker in real life.

Bare Necessity - Dazzleglass gloss

WOW how cool is this. I don't have anything like this in my collection and boy do I love it. I used it over my Fabby lippie with a liner and the end results was sooo pretty, with lots of teeny glitter particles. As for staying power again it was average but I would def buy again.

Evening ladies

Thought i would do a little postet whilst I wait for my yummy Thai takeaway to be delivered (having a mega food weekend this weekend) naughty, naughty!! lol

I have got quite obsessed with Accessorize at the moment. They have far to many cute things which is becoming slightly addictive!!! Neway I had bought quite a few bits in the sales over the last month and not got around to posting so thought better late than never. Found that the sales were fantastic this year and I needed to back out of the shops before I had to remortgage my house.....

Good evening lovely ladies

Firstly I did not have the best day today but after my 2 hour and 15 min journey home from work (don't ask) I was not in the best of moods.

Funny how my mood suddenly lifted quickly as my neighbour called out "Tracy I have a parcel for you" hehe.

I skipped indoors and all I can say is my love for sandals went into overdrive as I unwrapped these little beauties. As some you may know I have been on a mega mission to get these (they are simiar to the Hazy sandals from TopShop) and the lovely Jean from Warpaint sent me a link to a US site where they had them.

Firstly I have to say YES they are similar (I am a true nightmare, if I love something i have to have more than one). Secondly I am suddenly very into pearls and bows!!! (I am very much a fad person)!

Shipping is not cheap but it never is from the US and these worked out including shipping about £20 a pair so I thought that was pretty good. Cheeky little holiday to Salou

Well as some of you know I just got back from a lovely little holiday in Salou in Spain with one of my BFF's Sarah. I know this is not a beauty/fashion post as such but I thought I would post anyway. I was really stressed as my camera was playing up and wanted to do some OOTD pics but they kept going all fuzzy and in the end I got cross and could not be bothered. Also over the last couple of holidays I have noticed that peeps are a lot more casual so did not end up wearing most of my nice NEW dressy stuff which was annoying.

This is a cry for help as I NEED these sandals!!!! I know this is very cheeky but as you ladies know your fashion and shopping I thought it was worth a shot.

They were called Hazy and they were from Topshop but it seems the whole world has sold out (I tried lots of branches) out :o(. However I saw a girl wearing them and she said she got them from Dagenham market in Essex so I know they must sell them somewhere else.

I think I have searched every site going, from ebay (they have the odd second hand pair), ebid, Etsy and all the fashion and shoe stores you can imagine. So please in my final quest to get them can someone help me pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Crest whitening strips review

Hey ladies

Firstly I must apologise for my lack of posts. I have had a mad busy few weeks and last week went to Salou in Spain with my BFF Sarah for a week of chillin in the preedyyyy sunshine, eating lots of naughty food and of course having a few drinkie drinks (followed closely by a few evil hangovers)!! hehe

NEWay after my nice relaxing week it is back to the grindstone of life! I thought I would do my first post about the Crest whitening strips.

I will be honest I used these a couple of years ago when I got married and I used the Premier (may have a new name now) and I really did notice the difference.

However my friend sent me the standard Classic ones from the US and I dug them out as I had them for a while and they were good but not as good as the Premier ones. Saying that a girl at work commented on my teeth looking white when I tried a new lip gloss so someone did actually notice.

The idea is you have 2 strips (1 top and 1 bottom) and pop them on your teethy pegs for 30 mins at a time, twice a day for 2 weeks. You can do them straight after each other which is good as there is no way I would be able to cope at 4:50am (yes I get up a stupid o'clock for work).

Opinion: For a cheap way of doing the whole whitening thing I don't think they are bad. Definately worth a go if you are on a budget but do try the more advanced kits. I don't think they can be like getting it done for real but as I have not done that I can't comment. However I do plan to do within the next month or so, so will let you know.

Butterfly Twists

Sorry I have been so naughty lately with the whole posting thing. It was my birthday during the week and I have been mega busy. (most of which involved, shops, eating, Eclipse, alcohol and the girls lol).

So I wanted to do a little post on these bad boys. Have you heard of Butterfly Twists?????

Well they are these little fold up shoes that you pop in your rather large clutch bag!!! We took another bag out especially for the purpose of carrying these little shoes, so when your feet can take no more you change into them.

Well my feet did last until 2am so not bad but could not take the pain anymore. I saw many girls tottering around and looking in agony or others walking barefoot. My friend and I smugly strolled along in our pairs of hideous ballet pumps but boy did they do the trick.

I have to say I think they are not bad. They are ugly and you need room for them hence the huge clutch bag comment but def saved my night. I only wore them as I walked into the kebab shop but it was enough, don't think you would see me strutting my stuff in them!!! lol

I got mine on ebay for about £4 including postage but I have seen them on line for £17

Well as you can see I have been shopping again!!! You lot must think that is all I do!!! lol. Honestly this is not the case I just appear to have purchased a few more items than normal as I am going on holiday in 2 weeks (well that is my excuse anyway lol). So without further ado this is what I got....

Jewellery - I got this little lot from Matalan and they had 20% off all their jewellery so I had to get something lol :o) They had so many cute things I could have bought so much more, so you can see I was actually good lol!

Matalan - Necklace, I love this it seems to go with so many things and the lace bows are soooo cute

New Look - this was on my little wish list and it is so cute. Goes really well with my little ballet pumps from Primark - a very handy shopping bag me thinks!

Primark - This is such a cute headband. I have not tried the elastic ones before as I thought they would just slip off my little pea head. So far so good and this was like £1 BARGAIN!

Clothes - Only got a few things but will be honest that I am taking the dresses back but still thought I would show you! (I am a nightmare for that as in the past I used to keep EVERYTHING and still have loads of things with labels on them so I am good now that if I am not 100% sure it goes back)! - Are you impressed hehe

Primark - Firstly excuse the fact it is creased and totally needs an iron!!! I love this shirt it was only like £8 and you get the belt. Just think you can do so many things with it - oh and you need a smaller size than normal which always makes me feel good lol

New Look - I wanted a dress that i could wear for a meal with heels or wedges or with flip flops for nice summer days. I do like this dress and but sadly this is not THAT dress so it is going back!

New Look - This is also going back. I really really like it but I really love the Lipsy ones so I would rather pay a bit more and get the one I want. Plus the fact it is my Birthday next week (not telling my age hehe) and I will buy my Lipsy one then.

I have tried this over lots of polishes and no matter which one I have put it on with, it always looks special and pretty.....

Models Own swatches and review

Evening little cupcakes

Well tonight is a little swatching session for the 3 new Models Own polishes I just purchase in the Lakeside branch of Boots. As some of you may or may know (or care lol) this range is one of my faves if not my fave as they have such a wicked range of colours to try.

Lakeside was the first branch that was close to me that I could get to so I was soooo excited. I actually took a photo of the stand and a crowd of people seemed to descend on me much to my embarrassment, my mate walked away lol!!! (It was a proper cringe moment as I tried to explain what I was up to and no one really knew what the hell I was on about lol)!!!

Fuzzy Peach - I have wanted this forever and did this yesterday in a mega rush with a SV top coat. After I took this and it came straight off as was a shocking mani. I will be honest out of all the polishes I own by Models Own this was one of the hardest to get an even coverage. Even with 3 coats it was still slightly streaky and could have done with a 4th. However saying that I do love the colour and it will look fab when I actually get a tan (not much chance with this lovely English summer we are having though)!!!

Jade Stone - This is one of their recent additions to the MO collection. I literally did this about 15 mins ago for this post. Now this was more like it a nice even coverage with the standard 2 coats that I am used to. Not actually worn this yet but I do likey lots. Thinking I am going to do an Ice Cream swatch with some of my fave MO polishes.

Pure Purple - Ahhh this is the one I have chosen to wear as this is a bit of me. I am such a purple girlie and have tons of purples but I do like this. It is similar to Purple Rain but not as dark. I have not done a dark colour for a while now so this makes a nice change. Again this is a another new polish from their recent additions. This is 2 coats and went on lovely, I also added a SV top coat.

So their you have it. I think I now own a grand total of 27 Models Own polishes at the moment (wait that is slightly embarrassing right)!!! Oh well I know I will continue to keep adding to this silly amount of polishes that I really don't need but totally love hehe

Another Shopping Haul!!

Evening Petals - well today I have the loveliest day shopping with one of my BFF at Lakeside. We were looking for bits and bobs for our cheeky week away to Spain in July. This is what I got.

I will start of with accessories.....

First up a little selection from Miss Selfridge. I have wanted a skull scarf for a while (I know they have been around for yonks and as normal I am the last person to get one lol)! so I was chuffed I got this. Plus all Diva jewellery had 25% off - fantastic.

Close up image of my feather earrings and bracelet, this is so pretty as it has lots of mirrors on it. I was so happy as I had seen the bracelet in TopShop with a selection of others that I was not that bothered about and found this in there and it was loads cheaper with the 25% off :o).

Really loved the butterfly scarf so had to have that along with the shades. Both of those were from Claires. I had bought this skull scarf first from Peacock, it was only £5 so will keep it lol.

These cute little pumps were from Primark along with the eyelashes. Loving all the neutral shades at the moment, again so did not need them but hey they were cute. Had to try the eyelashes at £1.50, will let you know what they are like as in will they stay put? or end up on my cheek in the kebab shop at the end of the night lol.

Huge chunky bangles were from H&M. I got the silver one for my white dress which is in my May haul with the embellished shoulders. May get another so it looks like it is part of the dress.

Now for the clothes...

I loveeeeeeeeee this top. This was from H&M. I am trying lots of new styles as I am girl that tends to purchase the same item in 10 colours lol so this was a new styleee for me and I likely lots (now I will buy this in 1o colours hehe).

I saw Millie on Pearls and Poodles in this (sorry I stalked your style again sweets) and she looked so cool. I forgot about it and saw it in H&M and it just kind of called to me so I had to have it. I am such an embellished shoulder gal and I blame Imogen from FoxyLocks for that. Both ladies always looks fab.

This is another H&M number and again I loveeeeeeeee this. Just such a cutie top. My hubby loved this one I wonder why!

Finally my Maxi dress. This is from Quiz clothing http://www.quizclothing.com/ and is the second and last to my collection (promise lol). I wanted a smarter one (again see May's haul) as the other one I have is more casual.

I was not sure at first as I thought do those little crystals make it look cheap and tacky so I wandered off thinking about it along with another dress which I still want haha. So I went back to the shop and tried on a smaller size and it felt really really nice, my mate who is very very honest said it looked really really lovely and special so this little baby came home with me...

Primark haul

Evening ladies. Well I had a few cheeky trips to Primark recently and purchase a couple of items (I use the term couple loosely lol)!! However some of these little gems looked totally pants on me (see other ladies modelling them and they looked fab) so they went back but thought I would show you anyway.....

This is what I kept...

This dress was like £5 and look so teeny thought it would not go over my thigh (I am not teeny, trust me) but it fit like a glove. Looks fab with a large belt

I have wanted a ballerina skirt of so long, I love the Lipsy ones but know I wont get the use of out them. This was fit lovely and it was only £7 BARGIN

Finally another ballerina skirt. I really only wanted one but this looked so nice with a fitted corset and my cream peep toes I had to keep it. Again £7 - what a result

Now what I took back - I took loads back!!!!

Loved this but did not know where I would wear it as it was a bit short for work and not smart enough for a night out - think it was £9

How tight can one piece of elastic be!!! Was going to get a larger one but all the bigger sizes had sold out - think it was about £7

Again v cute but bit snug (I need to go on a diet badly lol) again think about £7

This was wayyy short and flarey - top bit was nice but rest looked shocking. Sorry can't remember price

I saw this on Millie from Pearls and Poodles and she looked so cool strutting her funky stuff in NY. On me it looked like crap lol so back to Primarni it went lol

Finally this little cream number which I loved!!! So gutted because even with the slip it was soooo see through and I thought I would spend my life trying to find something to stop it doing that. (This one is still at home and v tempted to keep it though lol)

So that was my little shopping spree which was not as successful as I hoped. I am going on holiday soon and may do a little "Outfits of the Holiday" session if anyone is interested..... Let me know xxx

DIY Flower Cuff Part 2

Me again. Well another day another cuff. I will be honest about this one. This had a few bits and bobs on like the blue flower but loads had come off and looked shocking and non wearable. So again got my little glue gun out and found lots of odds and ends that had fallen off other pieces of jewellery and hey presto another gaudy cuff lol.... I am pretty pleased currently trawling through ebay to see what little gems I can find :o)

I will be honest I am a complete FAD person! So from time to time I get a bee in my bonnet about wanting to customise or bling something up. Well this time I was thinking about the little flowers I had for adding to my necklaces and adding them to a cuff. I had an old cuff laying around which was was like 99p from Primark so dug that out along with my little glue gun and got to work. I know it is a tad lary but that is me I don't do discrete but I think the outcome is pretty cute and very summery.....

I can feel a little surf session on ebay coming on... lol

Sleek makeup review

Well hello my lovelies I thought I would do a cheeky review on the fantastic Sleek range. I know many have you have had these products for a while and as always I am last to jump on the bandwagon but hey hoo better late than never right! I purchased these two little gems:

Mineral based eyeshadow palette - 578 Divine Storm
Dip-it - 266 Imperial purple eyeliner

I have to say I am super impressed and the quality of these products are fantastic, the colours in the palettes are so pigmented and are lovely and soft and go incredibly smoothly. I wore a couple of the colours for work and they stayed in tact all day. I have to mention the mahooosive mirror along with the packaging it just looks far more expensive than it actually was (which was about £5.99 - BARGIN). Next up was the eyeliner, this is a wicked purple shimmer colour and glides on smoothly. I am super impressed and can't wait to toddle off the Superdrug to add to my vast collection of make-up which I totally do not need!!!

Curling my hair using the YOGI wand

First off I am going to say I HATE my hair, like I really hate it!! Yes tis true and for years this has bee a HUGE issue to me to the point I got upset when I used to go out as my hair is really fine and just looked pants all the time. So 18 months ago I thought enough was enough and got bonded hair extensions. This changed my life and I love them and never looked back... I won't go on about my extensions but if you do want to know about them please feel free to ask.

Moving on. The reason for this post is I curl my hair every day and recently purchased my Yogi wand. I had 3 girls come up to me over 2 days to ask who done my hair so thinking it did not look that bad I decided to do some before and afters for you.....

So here goes firstly the wand. I purchased it from QVC item 432818, it was £51 + p&p. I also got it over 2 easy payments which is really good and if I did not get on with it within 30 days it could returned for a full refund (excluding p&p costs). All very big pluses for me....

This is how it arrived, I choose the Zebra print as it looked funky. The wand came with it's own glove which you MUST use believe me and a travel mat which is excellent as you can put the hot wand in there and roll it up. Genius!!!

This is a product I could not do without. I have tried a zillion curly products and this is fantastic Umberto Giannini Natural Curls Styling Spray. I always use a hair protector/leave in conditioner and then add this as well. I only use a few little sprays to keep in lovely and curly...

BEFORE - I don't like wearing my extensions straights as I feel like a witch. My hair is looking very wispy here as it needs pulling up again and new hair adding so it is normally alot thicker than this

AFTER - Curly wirly hair. I have been curling my hair since I have had extensions so I am pretty fast. I can do my curls in less than 10 mins and got used to using the Yogi wand pretty quickly, I whizzed through on the 3rd go. I will be honest and do tend to use my old wand to just do the ends as they are hard to get with Yogi

So what do you think? I personally thought it would not be that good but the curls stay in all day and never drop. When I wake up it is still mega curly but have to wash it again cos my pants hair goes all greasy. In my mind this was a TOP purchaseeee me likey lots.....

Jewellery faves - Necklaces

Morning my lovely ladies - well today I thought I would start with the little fad I am into at the moment (I tend to have fads quite alot lol) are cute little necklaces. I generally wear large chunky jewellery (see rings) but I just love these....

I need another silver necklace to wear with my postcard as I think they look cute layered.

I bought these little filo flowers from ebay and they have little holes in so I can make my own charms to add to my necklaces. I really cheap and easy way to add to my little collection just make sure you have pins and rings so you can thread them on.

Nails Inc - Allure Collection

Hi guys

What a beautiful sunny day and it is finally the weekend so here I am with a glass of vino whilst chatting about lots of pretty things. First up my fave nail polish :o)

My Nails Inc Allure Collection arrived. I have to say at first I thought this is going back as I have similar polishes in my collection. Anyway when I tried them I thought these are definitely staying as they are so pretty and I would wear them all.

Palace Mews - This was my fave in the collection it is such a pretty lilac shade. For those of you that know the Models Own collection this is very similar to there lilac dreams which is a fave of mine.

Dorset Mews - Again another pretty colour it is a very wearable baby pink. I find some baby pinks a bit to light for my skin tone and can make me look a bit dead, but this is lovely.

Grosvenor Crescent - This was a nightmare to photograph and this pic looks nothing like the real thing. A better pic is the one at the top. This is a stunning fuchsia pink a definate staple for summer, especially on tootsies.

Eaton Terrace - I had nothing like this in my collection, this was a brick red but really nice.

Wilton Crescent - Finally a deep sexy red. This is extremely wearable which can be hard to come by in a red. This has a bluey tone and more of a cherry colour - lush

So this is the one I decided to wear - PALACE MEWS - beautiful a top fave for summer :o) x

St Moriz fake tan review

Well I have been playing with little bottle of fake tan for 3 days now and as promised here is my review.

First thing I will say that it is great value and cost about £5.50 and the bottle is BIG! There is definitely at St Tropez feel to the whole thing which I liked. Also like St Tropez it is SCARY when it comes out. I actually took a little photo of a little of it on my hand but I have not posted it as it actually looked a little like pooh!!! lol call me childish I did find rather funny.

Sorry moving back on.....

It did apply pretty well and it was easy to rub in. I tend to use a everyday moisturising fakey underneath (my fave is Piz Buin) just so it applies better as I do have dry skin. However I also did do it without and it was fine. I always do mine before bed and shower in the morning. Once you have showered you will see that it is not as dark as when you apply it so def give it a good amount of time to develop as it wont be the true colour. They recommend at least 4 hours.

The result - A nice looking soft tan. A few people have mentioned that I look brown. I do tend to slap on fake tan and am not generally scared of it and try lots of them. I would definitely recommend this and it will go in my repeat purchase list..... x

Nails Inc - Haymarket

Just a quickie post about Nails Inc Haymarket. This is one of the very many pistachio pastel greens that are around at the moment. I have to say it is very wearable and I had lots of people saying (even my hubby) that they liked my polish. This again was 2 coats with my fave SV top coat. When I took this photo it had been on for 3 days so started to chip which most polishes tend to do to me as I am not the best painter but it does not bother me as I love to change them all the time. St Moriz fake tan - Wanted to try this for some time as I read about it on Imogen's blog 'BubbleDreams' It was about £5.50 and looks very similar in packaging to St Tropez. Will do a full review on this in a couple of days.

Sanctuary facial products - Had a bit of a result with this. If you spent £7 you got a free toner, facial wash and wipes. I only managed to get the wash and toner as they had run out of wipes as the offer had been on for a while. The woman in Boots was as useful as a chocolate teapot and had no interest in looking for me so I asked someone else who did actually investigate only to tell me that they had run out. Considering the freebies were about £6 each I think it was still worth it. I will be honest I am Liz Earle and Declore girl but wanted a little change. This is not bad especially that I only paid £11 (I bought the moisturiser) for all 3 but I did not think was the same league as the more expensive ranges. It made my skin slightly dry and the moisturiser was more runny than I am used to but overall not bad.

Fake eyelashes - Just a couple of sets of the more subtable styles as the larger ones don't suit me.

Sally Hansen Lip Inflation - This is the BEST gloss ever. I am a total nude gloss gal and I love this one. It has a lovely cooling tingly feel when it goes on and pumps up your lips without hurting. Think this was about £4 and you can get it on ebay. I got it from a small cosmetics shop.

All this bits i got for £15 which was not bad. The shop (sorry can't remember the name) threw in a free brush.

As you will start to see I am a jewellery fanatic! I am very into my HUGE blingy cocktail rings. I bought this one from ebay and love it

Had to try the new TopShop make up range. All I bought was a blusher which looks incredibly scary close up (Pinch) as it is a shocking bright pink which my pic does not capture but actually goes on really nicely. Also bought a a rose ring from New Look in lilac

Could not find any nice going out tops so went back to good old www.asos.com and got this two tone basque. I may not keep this as it can make me look washed out. Played with a bit of fakey tonight so will see. Really like it though just need a tan. I also bought a corset type jumpsuit which is really nice but again am deciding if it is a keeper or not

Found this cute little playsuit in Primark only £5 BARGIN! Think it will be nice with wedges or with my gold River Island gladiators (see below)

I have wanted a maxi dress for ages and tried on loads but lots of them were kinda tent like. Found this one in Miss Selfridge and love the fit as it is flowy without being baggy

I loveeeeeeeeee this dress. I saw a girl in our town wearing it and thought it was a French Connection one or something similar. Anyway after lots of surfing which I have got very good at lol i found it on www.nacdesigns.co.uk and it was a bargin it was like £28. They were out of stock of the cream and when I wrote to them they were so helpful and told me when they had a cream back in stock. I have seen this on other sites as well but everyone was out of stock of the cream.

I have not used/bought colours like this for ages as summer is supposed to be on the way and very into my pastels. However I had seen this on other blogs and really wanted to try it. It is lovely sparkly purple colour which I would prob wear more on my tootsies as I am not a sparkly on my fingers kinda gal (sorry again was in a mega rush and did not let dry).

Essie RC - Playa Del Platinum
This was a very nice light cream beige colour. This seemed similar to Models Own Utopia. I personally think I need a tan to wear this as it could make me look a little dead. Still really like it though. Done 3 coats but could have got away with 2.

Essie RC - Turquoise & Caicos
Probably my least fave as I am not a greeny girl. However saying that I am getting more into it and have a few similar colours to this (think Nails Inc Haymarket). I was a tad disappointed with the coverage with this one as I felt I really needed 3 coats (sorry for smudge actually took pic when they were wet)!!! Still very nice and will prob love it this time next week lol

Essie RC - Lapis of Luxury
This was lovely as well and with all the blues I own I don't think I have anything similar. Did 3 coats for this but I could have got away with 2. Me likey lots :o)

This one is a bit of me, prob my fave in the collection. I love this creamy baby pink. Again this was 3 coats but I could have got away with 2 with this one

Well this one was a standalone from the Resort Collection and I don't own anything like this in my collection so had to try it. I was not disappointed, it was a lovely creamy dark rose colour. Think this is good for every season and a def must have...

Hair - Essential Damage Care

I had to post about this product as in my humble opinion it is the BEST hair product EVER. A huge statement I hear you cry but this is one product I seriously could not live without.

I have bonded hair extensions and have had them for 18 months now. When I get them changed the quality of hair can really differ and on this last batch it was really dry and knotty! Very annoying and actually rather stressful. I tried tons of products then Imogen from http://www.foxylocksextensions.com/ who is a hair extension, guru wrote a post on her blog Bubble Dreams about what a fantastic product this was. Well she was not wrong. It is amazing. There are two different types (Pink - Nuance Airy and Yellow - Rich Premier). To be honest I can not really tell that much of a difference between the two as they are both great.

As the products are from Thailand there are no real instructions. I done what Imogen recommended which was to put it on the hair for 15 minutes once a week which made my extension (did not put it near the bonds) lovely and silky. However I do now use it everyday as my normal conditioner and leave it on for 3-5 minutes.

The only place I know where you can purchase it from is from ebay and the seller is called thaipants (cool name eh) and in the search box type in "essential". It works about about £13 including postage. So if you are someone that has a mare with there hair then give it a go. I have got my mates using it now lol x

Well after all those pastels I decided to go with a dark for tonight because the weather is so nasty and grey. I love this colour especially for the winter months. Not really worn mega dark for a couple of months. This has fantastic coverage it is a purple-grey-navy tone, again two coats and SV top coat.

Finally we have Pastel Pink. Again another I have not worn. To be honest I am a little scared of this colour. I love pinks but as someone that always used to go with darks I am nervous of this one. However saying that, I will def wear this when the invisible tan appears!!!
